Read the terms attached to the offer
A banner is a summary. Before accepting an offer, open its full terms and check that they match the promotion shown in your account. Save a copy or screenshot with the date so you can refer to the wording later.
Find the eligibility rules, any qualifying deposit, and whether you must opt in. If the banner and the terms disagree, ask support to explain the difference before proceeding.
Identify the wagering calculation
Look for the wagering multiplier and, just as importantly, the amount it applies to. For a hypothetical 100-credit bonus with a 20-times requirement on the bonus alone, the stated wagering total would be 2,000 credits. If a requirement applies to the deposit plus the bonus, the calculation changes.
This example explains multiplication only; it is not a current site offer. A wagering total is not the amount you are guaranteed to recover, and completing a requirement can involve losing the funds you stake.
Check restrictions and deadlines
- Which games are eligible, and how much does each contribute?
- Is there a maximum permitted bet while the bonus is active?
- When does the offer expire, and which time zone applies?
- Are winnings or withdrawals capped?
- What happens if you cancel the bonus or request a withdrawal?
Leave unclear offers unclaimed
You do not need to accept a bonus. If the conditions are hard to understand or would encourage you to spend more time or money than intended, leave the offer unclaimed. Keep any support explanation alongside the original terms.
